As independent publishers, we find that distribution can be a precarious, ever-shifting, affair.  If you have trouble obtaining a copy through other sources, just contact us directly.  The cost is $15.95 in the U.S.  (Checks only, sorry no credit cards.) We will pay the cost of U.S. shipping.  And, please, write your address clearly.
